States in the manner described here. Copyright claims shall be brought
in the Federal Court having jurisdiction. If EternalArt.org is caused to
present claims or suit to you as a result of any breach of the above terms
set forth, it shall be made whole for such reasonable legal fees or costs
by recipient or user herein.

Waiver, Severability
No action of EternalArt.org, other than an express written waiver or amendment,
may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms and Conditions
