SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP TO ALMOST EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

Unframed prints:
Unframed prints are Shipped in Sealed Tubes. We can ship using FEDEX, UPS, DHL, or US Postal Service to practically anywhere in the world. We'll professionally package and ship your item. If you are located anywhere other than the continental US, Items are shipped via USPS Global Priority with international shipping charges.

Canvas:
Canvas prints will ship UPS Insured. If you are located anywhere other than the continental US, Items are shipped via USPS Global Priority. As these items are already stretched, the pricing and policies will match those of our framed items. International and Domestic Canvas Items over 40 inches are subject to additional shipping charges which will be invoiced separately.

Framed Giclee art:
Framed Giclee art will ship UPS Ground in the United States or USPS. Outside the continental United States, USPS Global Express is the shipping choice. For International customers You must be willing to wait 1 week for delivery and accept all responsibility for the package. Our money back guarantee and insurance will not cover packages shipped Internationally. Framed Items have the shipping charges applied to the overall charge. International and Domestic Framed Items over 40 inches are subject to additional shipping charges which will be invoiced separately.

Framed Original art:
Framed Original art will ship UPS Ground in the United States or USPS. Outside the continental United States, USPS Global Express is the shipping choice. All Original Art MUST be insured by the customer. You must be willing to wait 2 weeks for professional and/or special wrapping and 1 week delivery and accept all responsibility for the package. Our money back guarantee and insurance will not cover packages shipped Internationally. Framed Items have the shipping charges applied to the overall charge. International and Domestic Framed Items over 40 inches are subject to additional shipping charges which will be invoiced separately.

Prints will arrive custom wrapped and shipped in a postal sealed tube. All of our framed art comes in custom packaging designed to endure the rigors of global shipping. If for any reason your piece arrives damaged, please let us know so we can rectify the situation. DO NOT ACCEPT THE TUBES IF THEY ARE BENT, DAMAGED, OR ANYTHING OTHER THEN ACCEPTABLE.

Most orders other than Original art will arrive 5 - 7 days after we receive your payment. All framed prints will include custom packaging. On rare occasions, depending on the print, some items may take 9 - 16 business days to ship. All canvas orders will not ship for 1 - 2 weeks. This seems like a long time, but it will be well worth the wait. These canvas items are made by hand, so they cannot be rushed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping). If the print, or framed print, is damaged we will be happy to rush a replacement item to you free of charge.

Refunds:
Customer satisfaction is utmost important to us at Eternal Art. If your purchase does not meet your project or is damaged upon arrival please ship it back and we will refund your money minus the shipping as long as the item is in the same condition as you received it in. Original Art has special provisions due to its high value, sensitivity to environment and insurance regulations.
