Master Frazier operated the schools under the name of United States Tang Soo Do and later incorporated the organization to United States Tang Soo Do, Inc. He has continuously operated martial arts schools at Lakeside, San Diego, La Jolla and La Mesa, California.

Grandmaster Frazier is fully certified Grandmaster Instructor by the World MATA (Martial Art Testing Authority). He is authorized by the World Martial Art Testing Authority to train and certify Black Belt testing. He tests students to both Black Belt and advanced Black Belt ranks.

Grandmaster Frazier has also trained handicapped students with visual impairments, hearing impairment, motor and brain impairments, dyslexia and paraplegic impairments.

Grandmaster Frazier is currently Grandmaster of the World Martial Arts Testing Authority. Grandmaster Frazier is the President and Chief Executive Officer of World Martial Arts Testing Authority, Inc. and formally served as Chairman of the Board of United States Tang So Do, Inc.

Grandmaster Frazier has a Bachelor of Science and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and has been a practicing trial lawyer and a judge for the past 37 years.

Following the loss of his home, law offices and one of his Dojangs, Grandmaster Frazier now resides in Auburn, California and has established a "State of The Art" Dojang with traditional flooring. Grandmaster Frazier continues to teach at Auburn Tang Soo Do.

Grandmaster Frazier is a visiting instructor to Do Jangs all over the world. His most recent visits were to Do Jangs in Paris, France and Basildone, England.
