Kyuck Pa – Board Breaking

A. Precautions
Board and Concrete Breaking is an exciting part of a student's training experience. Students SHOULD NOT attempt to break boards, concrete, or other objects, without proper instruction from certified Instructors.

Breaking is far more dependent on special technique, than on physical strength.

Without proper training, the risk of injury is substantial.

B. Cost
Most testing days will have board breaking. The testing expense will include the cost of wood required for breaking as needed.
